FAQs
It depends on scope, but most brand and website work runs two to four weeks. A campaign with original film in it usually needs six to eight, because the shoot has to sit in a schedule. You get a dated timeline before anyone starts, and we tell you early if it is slipping.
Yes, and we would rather you took it. Launch is the worst possible moment to stop paying attention — the first month of real data is when the sharpest gains are sitting there. We run monthly retainers for content and media, or ad-hoc support if you would sooner keep it in house.
That is fine. Plenty of clients arrive with the positioning settled and just need the work made properly. We will say so if we think the strategy underneath is the actual problem, but it is your call and we will shoot what you brief.
Most of our best work has been that way. We slot in alongside in-house marketers and designers, in your channels rather than ours, and we hand over editable files and a system your team can actually keep running once we leave.
Both. A plastering contractor and a commercial law firm are on the same page of this site, which tells you most of it. What matters is whether there is a real thing to say — budget size decides the scope, not whether we take it on.
It depends entirely on scope. The pricing section above lists where each service starts — from £59 a month for Rent-A-Site, £497 for a one-off site build, £597 a month for social. Those are entry figures for the simplest version of each; a larger brand and site build runs well past them. Either way we quote a fixed price against a written scope rather than billing hours, so the number you approve is the number you pay unless the scope itself changes.
